"To Break Hers" is an honest look back at a relationship that was a stepping stone to moving forward and accepting Hawthorn's sexuality. The song was written by Hawthorn and Lena Stone, later produced by Greg Bates. Hawthorn's vision to give the song the emotion it needed was to have the piano and vocals swimming in a bed of pedal steel guitar, creating a somber, "lost at sea" feel.

Actor, musician and co-host of “The Pet Show” podcast, Dennis Quaid, is partnering with ITV America’s Leftfield Pictures (History’s Alone; Animal Planet’s Surviving Joe Exotic) for unscripted TV project “Saving Dennis Quaid.” Featuring and executive produced by Quaid, the new project stems from the animal lover’s recent pet rescue, which made headlines across the country, as the A Dog’s Purpose and A Dog’s Journey actor, along with his partner Jimmy Jellinek, set out on a mission to adopt a six-year-old black cat from Lynchburg, VA, named… Dennis Quaid. The show will document Quaid’s and Jimmy’s discovery of “Dennis Quaid the Cat” and the ensuing crusade to bring the feline from Lynchburg to his forever home in Los Angeles.
