NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Kentucky’s bourbon country will be pouring out a variety of music at their first annual Yake Music Festival, which will be held at The Amp at Dant Crossing this Saturday, October 23. Kentucky native, Kaleb Cecil, will be headlining the event along with opening acts No Deceit, Andrew Scott Newton, Chris Bradley, Shannon Lawson, George Molton and Grafenburg. The festival will also feature three local food trucks – Bourbon City BBQ, Platos Fuego and Dewster’s Ice Cream – along with face painting and a bouncy house for younger attendees. In addition to the festival, The Amp’s remaining fall lineup will include several shows to
benefit the community. On October 29, each guest that brings a non-perishable food item will receive free admission to the concert. All donations will be given to Bread for Life Community Food Pantry. There will also be a Halloween Bash on October 30 where each guest will receive a voucher at the door for one free meal. There will be food trucks and multiple bouncy houses, plus children 18 and under will get in free with a ticketed parent at both events.

“It has been a thrill to be a part of Wally Dant realizing his dream for central Kentucky with The Amp at Dant Crossing. Not only has he provided high-quality national acts to a beautiful location, but he has also provided jobs and opportunities to area residents and artists,” said Talent Buyer and Consultant Mike Kraski.

Rolling out their first concert this past July, The Amp at Dant Crossing is ramping up to be one of Kentucky’s premier music and event venues. Located in the scenic enclave of New Haven, just south of Lexington and Louisville, the 2,000-seat amphitheater kicked off Summer 2021 with a sold-out show by Little Big Town

The Amp is a part of Dant Crossing, which is a 350-acre campus featuring the Log Still Distillery offering a unique Kentucky bourbon experience. It also includes an on-site bed-and-breakfast, a 20,000-square-foot wedding and event venue and currently has three bed and breakfasts open on campus with more to come.
