NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Powerhouse vocalist Sandra Lynn continues crafting her musical chronicle with the release of her new single, “I Think of You,” available today. Celeb Secrets Country exclusively premiered a first listen to the track, which serves as the third title in the second chapter of the relationship narrative that Lynn kicked off with her Fight EP last year.
Written by Caitlyn Smith and Ruston Kelly and produced/engineered by GRAMMY Award-winner Ben Fowler, “I Think of You” follows Lynn’s latest country releases “Lose the War” and “Am I Just Dreaming.” With “Lose the War,” the songstress “pours on the drama as she sings about a relationship that’s worth every fight (CMT/Lauren Tingle)” while “Am I Just Dreaming” focuses on the inner struggle of sorting out feelings after a relationship ends.
According to Lynn, “‘I Think of You’ is really a song about someone that is left alone to their own thoughts, haunted by the memories and emotions of a love that once was, replaying both the good and the bad as the past reveals itself in every moment of the mundane present.”
The California native’s music video for “I Think of You,” shot in Santa Clarita by Brandon Hess and Tara Tucker (Tucker/Hess Productions), will be released soon. The husband/wife duo also shot and directed the “Lose the War” video that premiered on CMT and Parade.com and has garnered over 1.1 million views on YouTube. The “Lose the War (Morgan Page Remix)” video, which featured footage from the original video shoot, debuted on PasteMagazine.com.
Lynn recently performed at 95.5 NASH ICON’s Patriot Day Bash with Dillon Carmichael and Friends held at the Wildhorse Saloon to remember those who were injured or died during the terrorist attacks on September 11th, 2001 and thank first responders. Fans can also find Lynn performing in Nashville at Analog on Thursday, Sept. 19 at 6:00 p.m. and The George Jones on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 9:00 p.m.
