Tanya Tucker Confirms Special Album Release Shows in Nashville, New York and Los Angeles
Tanya Tucker will play special, select shows this fall celebrating the release of her new album, While I’m Livin’ (out August 23 via Fantasy Records). The intimate performances will be held August 22 at Exit/In in Nashville, September 17 at The Bowery Ballroom in New York (presented by SiriusXM), and October 16 at The Troubadour in Los Angeles. Public onsale starts Friday, July 12 at 10 a.m. local time.
BILL ANDERSON PRESENTS SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENTS TO GEORGIA HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Georgia native Bill Anderson returned to his home state to present a scholarship endowment in his name to two Commerce High School seniors. While Anderson started the endowment in 2012, this year marked the first time the Country Music Hall of Famer presented the scholarship in person at the school's Bill Anderson Performing Arts Center.

Just days after The Hollywood Walk of Fame announced Tanya Tucker will be one of their newest stars, the country legend premieres the video for “Hard Luck,” the first official single from her new album, While I’m Livin’ (out August 23rd, 2019 via Fantasy Records.) A 1978 chestnut from country rockers Josefus, “Hard Luck” was chosen for the new album by Jennings and personalized lyrically by Tucker. “This tune is really fun,” says Carlile. “If you know Tanya Tucker you know this is her song.” The clip, directed by noted photographer Chris Phelps (Willie Nelson, Sam Outlaw) stars Tucker, Carlile and Jennings.
