Billboard No. 1 singer-songwriter Dustin Collins returns to Shisha 8, the first hookah and billiards lounge in Belize City, for the popular venue's grand re-opening on Aug. 12. Shisha 8 recently completed a remodel that more than doubled their space and capacity. Doors open at 5 p.m. for the celebration, which will also include giveaways, drink specials and more.
