NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Following the release of “No Tomorrow,” momentum continues for Heartland as the platinum-selling group is added to the lineup for Gulf Coast Jam, presented by Jim Beam, in Panama City Beach, Fla. Heartland will perform on May 31, sharing the stage with artists including Jelly Roll, Russell Dickerson and Chase Matthew. Morgan Wallen, Cody Johnson and Parker McCollum are also confirmed headliners for the festival. For tickets and more information, visit GulfCoastJam.com.
“No Tomorrow,” Heartland’s first single in over a decade, was released on Sept. 15 from Yellowhammer Music Group. Declaring “Heartland is back and better than ever,” People.com exclusively premiered the video, which has accumulated over one million views. Shot at Mars Music Hall at The Von Braun Center in the ACM and CMA nominated group’s hometown of Huntsville, Ala., the video was executive produced by Cole Johnstone and directed by Justin Mayotte.
Best known for the No. 1 hit, “I Loved Her First,” Heartland makes its return with core band members, Craig Anderson, Todd Anderson, Mike Myerson, and new lead vocalist Lance Horton. “With a firm re-introduction to their sound and Horton’s fresh vocals set in place, their crisp signature harmonies soar in the chorus as they punch into the how-to aspect of living in the here and now before there’s no tomorrow’s left,” praises Today’s Country Magazine’s Jeffrey Kurtis.
Written by Brett Beavers, Adam Sanders and Jordan Schmidt, “No Tomorrow” was co-produced by Craig Anderson and Jimmy Ritchey. MusicRow critic Robert K. Oermann writes, “The band’s harmonies are still potent, and the production is just as polished as ever. Well worth your spins.” “With ‘No Tomorrow,’ Heartland’s music has evolved along with their fanbase. If their newest single, ‘No Tomorrow’ is any indication, we are all in for a treat!” adds The Tennessee Star’s Bethany Bowman.
