Steven Curtis Chapman & Ricky Skaggs to Host Tornado Relief Benefit Concert on Feb. 20 in Paducah, Ky.

Devastated by the damage from the Dec. 10 tornado in Mayfield, Ky., Steven Curtis Chapman and Ricky Skaggs have organized a benefit concert on Sunday, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. at Heartland Church in Chapman's hometown of Paducah, Ky. Chapman and Skaggs enlisted friends, Jason Crabb, Larry Stewart and more, for the lineup. All proceeds will benefit victims of the tornado via Samaritan's Purse.

2022 marks 60 years since country music legend Gene Watson released his first single to radio. To celebrate, the iconic vocalist is embarking on his 60th Anniversary Tour, which kicked off January 1 in Florida and will take Watson across the country. Watson's single "If It's That Easy" was released to radio in 1962 via Sun Valley Records. Since then, the 'singer's singer' has charted 75 titles including 23 Top 10 hits, six No. 1 country singles and five No. 1 gospel records. The Texas native continues to perform to sold-out crowds, singing in the same key as he did more than five decades ago and thrilling fans with his famous octave jumping ending to "Farewell Party" night after night.

Tonight, the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum celebrated the opening of its newest exhibition, Bill Anderson: As Far as I Can See. The evening included special tribute performances of hit songs written or co-written by Bill Anderson. Taking the stage to honor Anderson were Trisha Yearwood performing “Once a Day,” Vince Gill performing “Which Bridge to Cross (Which Bridge to Burn),” and Jon Randall and Carly Pearce performing “Whiskey Lullaby.” Anderson concluded the evening with remarks of his own.
